SUMMER PROGRAM FEES
1 kid - $100 oer month, 2 kids (in family) - $150 per month
The fees listed above apply to all club locations for as many practices a week as your child would like to attend (be it 1 or 4). This is a new policy. Have your child use this to their advantage to get the most out of their Young Guns experience. |

- 3 weekly 6am Rise and Grind workouts with coach Jody
- 4 wrestling workouts per week via zoom (1 Freestyle, 1 general wrestling workout and some technique breakdowns)
- Archived link to all of the online workouts in case you miss the live workout or want to go back and review the technique in it
- live elite special guest video calls via zoom / Q & A each week
- Workout journals that coaches can view and comment on
- Motivational book studies/talks with Coach John
- Mat Snacks readings with Coach Larry
- 6min Q and A with Coach Brian
- Match viewing suggestions and Discussions
- Weekly challenges
- Flip grid technology that you can record your techniques and send them in for review
- Breakdown of technique
- Nutrition and strength tips of the week

IMPORTANT INSURANCE INFORMATION
There is a one-time annual $30 insurance fee for ALL wrestlers before they will be permitted to participate at a YG practice. |
MONTHLY FEES
